General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) 

for participation in online personal development seminars 

 

1. Scope 

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts between Soularis (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the participant (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) for the booking of and participation in online personal development seminars via the Soularis.World website. 

 

2. Subject Matter of the Contract 

The Provider offers online seminars, webinars and similar services in the field of personal development. The precise scope of the services is set out in the relevant description on the website or in an individual offer. 

 

3. Formation of the Contract 

(1) The presentation of seminars does not constitute a binding offer. 

(2) By making a booking, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the booking by email. 

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms 

(1) All prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT). 

(2) Payment is due in advance using the available payment methods. 

 

5. Requirements for Participation 

The Customer is responsible for meeting the technical requirements (internet connection, device, etc.). 

 

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation by the Customer 

(1) Customers may reschedule to another available date free of charge at any time, provided places are available. 

(2) Full cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the seminar begins. After that, the full participation fee is due unless the Customer provides a replacement participant. 

 

7. Cancellation or Changes by the Provider 

(1) The Provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone dates for good cause (e.g. illness of the presenter, technical problems). 

(2) In this case, the Customer will be offered an alternative date or, upon request, a refund of the participation fee. Further claims are excluded. 

 

8. Copyright and Rights of Use 

All seminar content and materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or passed on without written permission. 

 

9. Disclaimer of Liability 

(1) To the extent permitted by law, the Provider excludes all liability. 

(2) This applies in particular to indirect damage, loss of profit, data loss and the personal failure to achieve development goals. 

(3) Liability for intent or gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected. 

 

10. Data Protection 

Personal data is processed exclusively for contract administration and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at [Link to Privacy Policy]. 

 

11. Right of Withdrawal 

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.  

 

12. Final Provisions 

(1) German law applies. 

(2) If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
